The minimum rate is £20.00 per hour – however, please do give us a call to discuss your specific requirements.

Any unutilised hours may be carried forward for one period only.  

All Retainer Service contracts must be paid at the commencement of the period, and any additional charges such as postage, printing etc., will be charged separately on your invoice.

• Your Virtual Right Hand provides digital, audio, mini disc and cassette transcriptions for any length or type of document, from a verbatim transcript to an executive summary; Conference, Board Meeting or Lecture
• Transcription fees will normally be charged at the rate of £20 per hour or on a cost per page basis.
• Should you require regular transcription services then Special Rates can be negotiated.

• General word processing can be processed from either manuscript  or recording and the standard hourly rate is £20.00 but is negotiable dependent on the volumes.

• Need to launch a new product or service; a function or party – but do not have the resource in-house? Then let us help you! We can assist by providing the following services:
• * Prepare and send out your letters/invitations
  * Venue Finding
  * RSVP Service
  * Prepare your final guest list
  * Advise your chosen venue or caterer with final guest numbers together with any
      special dietary requests
  * Specific client requests
• Fees for this service are negotiated on an individual basis.
